What we collect: When you use the check-in/check-out feature, the app captures a photographic image of your face.
How we use it: This image is transmitted securely to our servers where it is compared algorithmically against your pre-registered reference image solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and approving the check-in/check-out event.
Storage: Your enrolled reference image is stored on our secure servers. Facial images captured for verification are automatically deleted from our servers after verification process is completed.
Sharing: We do not share your facial images with any third parties. The facial recognition process is conducted entirely within our secure systems.
Retention: Your enrolled reference image is retained until you delete your account or request its deletion. You can request deletion of your facial data by contacting us at sp.admin@umgroups.com.
Consent: By enrolling your facial data and using the verification feature, you explicitly consent to this collection and use.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the event of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use, and other statistics.
